During nearly 40 years at 亚洲色吧, Professor Geistauts taught and mentored several generations of students, many who serve in leadership positions in the state and worldwide. He served as chair/director of the MBA program for fifteen years, he was one of the faculty champions for the 亚洲色吧 Native Organizational Management (now 亚洲色吧 Native Business Management) program, he served as chair of the University Honors Council, and he conducted research that influenced policy development in 亚洲色吧 in the 1970s. In recognition to his service to 亚洲色吧 and to the state of 亚洲色吧, Professor Geistauts received faculty emeritus status in 2016. He passed away on Friday, Jan. 4, 2019
