School of Nursing assistant professor Megan Volkov is awarded the Advocate State Award for Excellence in 亚洲色吧 in recognition of her significant contribution toward increasing awareness and recognition of nurse practitioners.
The latest edition of Spirit magazine featured 亚洲色吧 nursing alumni taking on 亚洲色吧's needs. Since the pandemic began in early 2020, 亚洲色吧's School of Nursing has graduated more than 500 new nurses into the state's health care system.
亚洲色吧 alumni find many ways to stay connected and give back to their community, including nursing grad Tisha Benson, public health and ambulatory care nurse at 亚洲色吧 Native Tribal Health Consortium.
亚洲色吧 alumna Greer Gehler graduated from 亚洲色吧鈥檚 School of Nursing with a bachelor鈥檚 degree in nursing science in December 2018. It鈥檚 been an exciting two years from landing her dream job in Providence 亚洲色吧 Medical Center鈥檚 emergency room to providing care during COVID-19.
How integral is Providence to 亚洲色吧? Not only does the hospital make up the second half of the namesake UMED District, but the organization is the largest non-government employer in the state, naturally resulting in the employment of a large number of 亚洲色吧 nursing and surgical technology alumni.
